The drama "Love in the Dark" tells the story of a series of shocking murders in Tokyo. News program director Makoto Tsutsui (played by Yukino Kishi) encounters the mysterious journalist Takumi Horiki (played by Jun Shison) during an interview. Horiki is the first to report on the case, naming it the "Horus Eye Murder Case." The victims are all female company employees who are brutally killed on a specific date each month, with different colored contact lenses placed in their eyes. Tsutsui and Horiki have conflicting views but develop feelings for each other during the investigation. However, this encounter is the entrance to darkness.
